At Dore & Rose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your silk essentials; we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare-infused products must remain in their sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Place the items in their original Dore & Rose packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the silk is protected from potential transit damage.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
